Gloria has 17 years experience in both Western and Eastern therapies. She believes in the mind and body connections so she has a very holistic approach to her treatments. 

 

Gloria studied Complementary Therapy at City and Islington College. Then she went on to study Sports Massage at St. Mary’s University in Twickenham to learn about the management and treatment of Sports Injuries. 

 

Since gaining her qualifications she has been dedicated and passionate about her work. With her experience, she has gained the ability to observe patients reactions and understand their preferences and needs. 

This allows her to adapt the treatment plan accordingly to provide the best massage techniques for each individual treatment session. 

 

She make sure to give wellness advices to get her patients involved in their own well-being.
