ABOUT HELEN
Registered Osteopath
English speaking practitioner
Helen is a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), having graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with an Integrated Master’s degree in Osteopathy in 2016.
She has completed further specialist training in Women’s Health with the Molinari Institute of Health, supporting women through all stages of life — from fertility and pregnancy to postnatal care and menopause.
Being a a member of the Society for Dentofacial Growth and Function, she also has a particular interest in TMJ (jaw) Dysfunction, Facial Pain, and Airway Health.
Helen takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, considering factors such as stress, sleep, and lifestyle to support long-term results. She combines a range of osteopathic techniques, including structural, cranial, visceral and soft tissue work, adapting each treatment to the individual needs of her patients.
Helen welcomes adults, pregnant women and post-partum, tailoring her treatment to each patient.
