ABOUT Jessica
Registered Osteopath
English speaking practitioner

Jessica is a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), having graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy in 2022.
Alongside her osteopathic training, Jessica has completed additional qualifications in Sports Massage, Dry Needling, and Kinesiotaping, allowing her to support recovery, reduce pain, and optimise movement using a variety of complementary techniques. She is currently expanding her expertise with further training in lymphatic drainage.

Jessica uses a range of structural osteopathic techniques and is also trained in cranial osteopathy, enabling her to adapt each treatment to the individual needs, sensitivity, and goals of every patient.
She welcomes adults, children, and babies, tailoring her approach carefully according to age, presentation, and clinical findings.

Jessica's clinical interests include chronic pain, back and neck discomfort, and postural or desk-related tension — common concerns for patients experiencing long-standing or work-related musculoskeletal issues. She has a growing interest in lymphatic health and its role in recovery and overall wellbeing.

Jessica takes a calm, patient-centred approach, placing great importance on thorough assessment, clear understanding, and personalised treatment plans. Her goal is to help patients move more freely, feel more comfortable in their bodies, and support long-term physical wellbeing.
